The Flute Finder Return Policy

It is highly recommended to set up a trial before purchasing any instrument or headjoint. Contact us to set that up at Flute Trials.

After a trial has occurred, there are NO refunds or exchanges since the buyer has had time with the instrument to address any issues.

For any instrument purchased without a trial, you have seven (7) days to return the item once received.

Customer Service is very important to us.  If you have any concerns or problems with your instrument, simply contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Our 6-month warranty on pre-owned instruments covers any manufacturing problem and does not cover issues created by the player such as bent keys, normal adjustment issues, torn pads. Contact us and we will determine what can be done.

If you would like to request a Return or Exchange, simply contact us by clicking Contact and we will get back to you with instructions on how to move forward. All taxes, fees, customs, and shipping charges for international orders are non-refundable.

If returning an instrument once purchase is completed, it is recommended you ship it back to us in a trackable manner and purchase insurance to cover it against loss or damage. Our insurance policy no longer covers it once it has been sold.

Once the item has been received and in the same condition as it was sent, a return will be made in whatever manner the purchased was made and within three (3) business days of receiving the instrument back.
