The shaped headjoint on the 12X flutes is designed to be free blowing to assist the new player in easily obtaining a rich sound production. The shoulders of the lip plate have been raised to facilitate a very easy and wide-open lower register with enhanced dynamic range.

Triple plated finish with a double layer of silver-plating on top of a flash copper coating gives durability to the silver finish of each instrument.
